I feel incredibly grateful to enjoy such a varied career, combining music, creativity and wellbeing.

Recently, guitarist Shane Hill and I recorded our new jazz album, Songs from the Heart, with pianist Terry Seabrook and special guest Jim Mullen. We're looking forward to sharing the music at concerts around the UK.

I've also been fortunate to spend time in Bali, facilitating sound healing workshops at the Unified School of Healing in Ubud. Returning to the UK, I'm excited to be collaborating with yoga teacher Jane Manze, bringing fresh inspiration from Bali to my Sound Journey experiences.
